Transfer Agreement

I (current owner) certify that I have the legal right to transfer ownership of this dog and that there are no liens, disputes, or legal encumbrances.

Both parties certify that all information provided in this transfer application is accurate and truthful.

The new owner accepts responsibility for this dog and agrees to abide by IABBR registration rules and Code of Ethics.

I understand that the original registration certificate must be surrendered and will become invalid upon completion of this transfer.

Both parties understand that this transfer is final and cannot be reversed without a subsequent transfer application.

I understand that transfer processing may take 2-4 weeks and the new certificate will be issued to the new owner.
